Terms of Service

Last Updated: June 5, 2026

Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms", "Terms of Service") carefully before using the Dial Anyone service operated by Dial Anyone ("us", "we", "our").

Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service.

1. Service Description

Dial Anyone is a web-based telecommunications service that allows users to make phone calls to various destinations around the world directly from their web browser. Users purchase credits which are then used to pay for call time based on the rates for each destination country.

The Service also allows individual users to send and receive text messages (SMS/MMS) on a one-to-one, conversational basis as part of ordinary personal communication. Dial Anyone is a consumer service intended solely for personal, non-commercial use by individual people. It is not a platform for business, marketing, or automated (application-to-person) messaging, and such use is strictly prohibited (see Section 4).

VoIP Service Disclaimer: All phone numbers provided through our service are VoIP (Voice over Internet Protocol) in nature. We do not guarantee that these numbers will work with all third-party services, platforms, or verification systems.

2. Registration and Account

To use our Service, you must register and create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.

You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Service and for any activities or actions under your account. We encourage you to use a strong, unique password for your account.

Mandatory Identity Verification (KYC): Before you can use the Service, you must complete identity verification through our third-party verification provider. This process confirms that you are a real, individual person and may require a government-issued photo ID, a live selfie (liveness check), and a biometric facial match to your ID, along with device and network information. The Service is offered to individual consumers only. We do not provide business accounts and do not perform business verification (KYB). You must be at least 18 years old and may maintain only one verified identity. We may decline, suspend, or terminate any account that fails, falsifies, or attempts to circumvent identity verification.

Free Trial: After you successfully complete identity verification, your account receives a one-time grant of 10 free credits so you can test the service before making any purchase. This limited grant is intended only for personal evaluation of the Service.

3. Responsible Use and Prohibited Activities

You agree to use the Service responsibly and not for any unlawful or prohibited purposes. You specifically agree not to use the Service to:

  • Harass, threaten, intimidate, or cause harm to others
  • Make prank calls or engage in nuisance calling
  • Engage in any form of telemarketing without proper authorization
  • Use the Service on behalf of any business or organization, or send bulk, automated, marketing, or application-to-person (A2P) messages (see Section 4)
  • Send messages to recipients who have not consented to receive them, or continue messaging anyone after they have asked you to stop
  • Impersonate any person or entity
  • Engage in scams, phishing, or fraudulent activities
  • Make calls for the purpose of illegal gambling or other unlawful activities
  • Distribute unsolicited advertisements or spam
  • Transmit any material that contains viruses, trojan horses, or other harmful code
  • Violate any local, state, national, or international law
  • Use the service for emergency calling (see Section 5)
  • Use automated systems or software to extract data from the Service
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Service

4. Personal, Consumer Use Only – No Business or A2P Messaging

Dial Anyone is a consumer communications service intended solely for personal, non-commercial use by individual people. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you are an individual using the Service for your own personal communications, and not on behalf of, or for the benefit of, any business, organization, brand, or other entity.

The Service is operated for Consumer (person-to-person, or "P2P") messaging as described in the CTIA Messaging Principles and Best Practices. To preserve this classification and protect our network and the wider messaging ecosystem, you agree that you will not:

  • Use the Service on behalf of, or as an agent or representative of, any business, organization, brand, or other entity;
  • Register or use an account for any business, commercial, or organizational purpose, including customer service, sales, or support;
  • Send application-to-person (A2P) messages, or any message generated, triggered, or sent in whole or in part by an application, bot, script, or automated system;
  • Send bulk, broadcast, mass, or one-to-many messages, or send the same or substantially similar message to multiple recipients;
  • Send marketing, advertising, promotional, or solicitation messages of any kind;
  • Send informational or transactional messages on behalf of a business, such as alerts, notifications, reminders, one-time passcodes (OTP), two-factor authentication (2FA) codes, verification codes, or service announcements;
  • Use the Service for machine-to-machine (M2M) communications;
  • Use auto-responders, auto-dialers, mail merge, templates, scheduling, contact-list uploads, or any campaign or bulk-distribution tooling;
  • Distribute your messages across multiple numbers to evade volume limits or filtering (snowshoeing);
  • Resell, share, sub-aggregate, or provide access to your number(s) or account to any third party;
  • Engage in any messaging that would cause the Service's traffic to be classified as Non-Consumer (A2P) under CTIA guidelines or any carrier's policies.

Your messaging must be conversational, one-to-one, manually composed and sent by you, and limited to people with whom you have a personal relationship or who have agreed to communicate with you. You must comply with all applicable laws and industry standards governing messaging, including the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), the CAN-SPAM Act, and the CTIA Messaging Principles and Best Practices, and you must honor opt-out requests (including "STOP") immediately.

We continuously monitor for traffic and account characteristics that are inconsistent with personal, consumer use. Any violation of this Section is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account, forfeiture of any remaining credits, removal of your number(s), and reporting to carriers, regulators, or law enforcement.

5. No Emergency Calling

Dial Anyone does not support emergency-services calling and expressly prohibits any attempt to use the Service to place calls to 911, 999, 112, or any other public emergency number. Our platform is not a replacement for your ordinary mobile or fixed-line telephone, and you are required to maintain an alternate, traditional means of contacting emergency services at all times.

Any attempt to use the Service for emergency calling is a material violation of these Terms and may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account. We disclaim all liability arising from any inability to reach emergency services through the Service.

6. Service Availability and Quality

While we strive to provide high-quality service, we cannot guarantee that:

  • The Service will be available at all times and without interruption
  • Calls will be connected successfully to all destinations
  • Call quality will be perfect for all connections
  • The Service will be error-free or secure

7. Content and Recording

You are solely responsible for all content transmitted through the Service. You must comply with all applicable laws regarding the recording of calls. In many jurisdictions, it is illegal to record a call without the consent of all parties. We do not record your calls as a standard feature, but you acknowledge that if you use any recording functionality, you will obtain all necessary consents.

8. Account Termination and Suspension

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

No Refunds for Violations: Accounts terminated for Terms of Service violations are not eligible for refunds, and any remaining credits are forfeited.

9. Law Enforcement Cooperation and Legal Disclosures

Dial Anyone works with law enforcement, regulatory bodies, and other government authorities to maintain the security and integrity of our network. We may share user account information, call and message records, IP and device data, and any other information in our possession that we determine is necessary to assist a lawful investigation, respond to a complaint of misuse, prevent harm, or otherwise secure our platform. You consent to such disclosures as a condition of your use of the Service, and you acknowledge that activity on the Service is logged and may be produced to authorized requestors.

Conduct that violates these Terms may be referred to law enforcement or other appropriate authorities, and the records associated with the responsible account may be produced in connection with any such referral. For details on how law enforcement, government agencies, and members of the public may contact us regarding a Dial Anyone number, please see our Law Enforcement & Abuse Reporting page.
