Verification

Verify Any App Without a Local SIM Card

Every service handles phone verification differently. Some read the code out over a call when SMS fails, some allow one account per number forever, and some reject virtual numbers outright. Here is what each one actually does.

You do not need a SIM card from a country to verify an account there — you need a number you control that can receive the code. 12 of these 20 platforms will also read the code out over an automated voice call, which means a voice-only number can complete verification even though it cannot receive a text. DialAnyone numbers in 12 countries support inbound SMS, each private to a single account.
